Every month you will receive 5 items that have an average package value of $60. Typically we include two treats, two toys and one chew or accessory. We rotate the types of items each month so your dog will never get bored. All treats are always 100% all natural, made in the USA and organic or grain free. They will never contain any artificial preservatives or fillers and are always free of soy and corn.

We personalize and customize the items for you and your dog. Other boxes send all dogs the same stuff, regardess of chewing styles, allergies and grain free diets. We send durable items for heavy chewers, grain free treats for dogs on grain free diets, XS toys for toy breeds and anything else you need for your dog. The products we will send you are of the highest quality, unique brands and overall cool products that you probably haven’t seen before. We also offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee! If you dont love something, give us a shout and we will send you something else:)

Absolutely, we understand power chewers need special toys. Goto Heavy Chewers and click "I Want This" and then you will only receive uber durable items like, rubber, rope, nylon, chew toys, bully sticks. You will never receive anything plush or soft.
We offer a ten day guarantee, if your dog destroys anything within 10 days, let us know and we will send you a new toy.

Absolutely! When you sign up there will be a section where you can add your allergies. We have listed a few but if there is something else your dog is allergic to, just email [email protected] after you sign up

Absolutely, we have options for any dog, any size. We provide toys and treats for toy breeds all the way up to extra large breeds.

We source treats from small business owners in the USA and from really cool companies who care about dogs. You may find a bag of treats from a shop in New Orleans, who donates money to Hurricane Katrina’s displaced dogs or from a shop in Los Angeles who donates proceeds to street dogs of LA. These are the kind of brands we want you to get to know. We're all helping to save one dog at a time.

We love to support rescues in the USA. We donate a portion of sales from every purchased box to a different rescue organization every month. We have worked with over 12 rescues including The Sato Project, Animal Hope & Wellness, Chews Life Dog Rescue, Queen's Best Corgi Rescue and more. Weve donated thousands of dollars to get dogs find their forever homes, so you can feel wonderful knowing every box you get, helps dogs in need.

Shipping is FREE in the USA with any of our subscription plans. For Canada it is $4.99 Per Box/month and all other countries it is $25.

If youre a new subscriber your first box will go out within approximately 2-3 business days. If you order after the 26th of April, thrn your first box will be our May boxes and will be shipped the first week in May, and then each month around the 10th of the month. We use USPS Priority Mail, so once the box ships it usually takes up to 3 days for you to receive it.

Yes we do! As soon as your order ships you should receive a tracking code via email!

Easy as pie! Simply log into your account and cancel your plan or shoot us a quick email to [email protected] and you’re all set.You will need to cancel your subscription before your rebilled, which is the last day of the month, otherwise your cancellation will be for the following month. We'll be right here if you need us again!  You can also skip a month if you need to! Just zap us a quick email at [email protected] and we'll take care of you.

Your plan will automatically renew at the end of each month on the last day.

We are unable to issue refunds, but you will receive all the monthly boxes included in your plan and once the plan ends you will not be billed.
